URLMux provides URL shortening and redirection services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We will not be liable if all or any part of the service is unavailable at any time.
To access certain features of the service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
You agree not to use URLMux to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Engage in phishing or fraudulent activities
- Distribute spam or unsolicited messages
- Link to illegal, obscene, or offensive content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with the service's operation
You retain ownership of the URLs you shorten and the content they link to. However, you grant us the right to store and display these URLs as necessary to provide the service. We reserve the right to remove any shortened URL that violates these terms.
We are not responsible for the content of destination URLs. You access third-party content at your own risk.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by URLMux and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
We may impose limits on:
- Number of shortened URLs per account
- Requests per time period
- Storage capacity
- Other features as we deem necessary
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, URLMux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless URLMux and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
